Welcome to this beautiful holiday home that blends old-world charm with modern comforts. Picture yourself surrounded by stunning stone walls and architecture that's been around for 120 years, all while enjoying the calming sound of the nearby ocean.

It's the ideal spot for either a family beach vacation or a peaceful weekend retreat!

This two-story terraced house has two bedrooms downstairs—a twin room with an ensuite and a cozy double room, along with a communal bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with fantastic views overlooking Lahinch Beach. Plus, there's a cool loft area with two single beds, perfect for extra guests or just spreading out.

Just a heads up, there's no private parking here, but you'll find on-street parking nearby.

Your stay will include:

  • Free on street parking

  • Free WIFI

  • Fresh linen and towels

  • Complimentary hand soap. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) or hairdryers.

  • 24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc)

  • Bedroom 1: Double Room – Double Bed (ground floor)

  • Bedroom 2: Twin Room Ensuite – 2 single beds (ground floor)

  • Bedroom 3: Twin Room – 2 single beds (Mezzanine Floor - 2 sets of stairs to reach this room)

2 Bathrooms: 1 Ensuite (electric shower), 1 bathroom (shower) on the ground floor.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out options are available during booking but may be cancelled if we have a same-day arrival or departure. In such cases, any extra fee will be fully refunded.

Cancellation & Payment

  • Please review our Cancellation and Pre-payment Policies before confirming your reservation.

Families & Children

  • Children and babies are welcome, but please note:

    • Our properties are not childproof (no stair gates, cupboard locks, etc.).

    • We do not provide baby cots or highchairs, but guests may bring their own.

    • Adult supervision is required at all times, especially near stairs, open fires, or outdoor areas.

Same-Day Bookings

  • If you book after 5:00 PM for same-day arrival, please call us immediately after booking to arrange key collection and check-in instructions.
