Escape to the peace and beauty of the Clare countryside in our spacious, family-friendly home, thoughtfully designed with young children in mind. Nestled in a tranquil rural setting, our open-plan house offers plenty of room to relax, play, and enjoy quality time together.

The large enclosed garden is a highlight for families, featuring a children's playground, an abundance of outdoor toys, wide open spaces for games, and a cosy fire pit—perfect for evenings under the stars.

Inside, the open-plan living area creates a welcoming space for everyone to gather. The house is designed to make family holidays easy and enjoyable, with features that are especially suited to families with small children. Please note that there is one flight of narrow stairs, which children often manage comfortably, but may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

And don't forget to say hello to our adorable outdoor cats and cheerful chickens! Our friendly caretaker might even stop by with some freshly laid eggs during your stay.

With two charming rental properties on-site, including "The Playschool," there's plenty of space to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. And if you're looking for the ultimate getaway, both properties can be booked together for a truly memorable experience.   • Lahinch – 4.5 miles (10-minute drive)

  • Lahinch Bay – a short drive away

Our central location makes an ideal base for exploring the spectacular Wild Atlantic Way, The Burren, the Cliffs of Moher, and many of County Clare's beaches, villages, and walking trails.

Getting Around

A car is essential for staying at the property and exploring the surrounding area. Public transport is available from both Miltown Malbay and Lahinch, providing connections to many of County Clare's popular attractions.

Your stay will include:

  • 24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc)

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out options are available during booking but may be cancelled if we have a same-day arrival or departure. In such cases, any extra fee will be fully refunded.

  • Please review our Cancellation and Pre-payment Policies before confirming your reservation.

Families & Children

Children and babies are welcome, but please note:

  • Our properties are not childproof (no stair gates, cupboard locks, etc.).
  • Adult supervision is required at all times, especially near stairs, open fires, or outdoor areas.

Same-Day Bookings

  • If you book after 5:00 PM for same-day arrival, please call us immediately after booking to arrange key collection and check-in instructions.
