Escape to our lovingly renovated 300-year-old farmhouse nestled in the scenic Irish countryside. Just a quick five-minute drive from the beautiful White Strand and Spanish Point Beach, and only ten minutes from charming Lahinch, it's the perfect base for exploring the Wild Atlantic Way.

Whether you're a couple or a family, our farmhouse offers an idyllic retreat where you can relax and soak up the peaceful Irish countryside. And don't forget to say hello to our adorable outdoor cats and cheerful chickens! Our friendly caretaker might even stop by with some freshly laid eggs during your stay.

With three charming self-catering properties on the estate—Kilfarboy House, The Playschool, and Kilfarboy Cottage—there's plenty of space to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is also a sauna on site, which is shared by all three properties. If you're planning a larger family gathering, group holiday, or special occasion, all three properties can be booked together (subject to availability). The owners live in Kilfarboy House, which is available as a self-catering holiday home during July and August only.

Bedroom 1: Double Room Ensuite – King size Bed (first floor)

2 Full Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1: Double room Ensuite - Shower over bath (first floor)

Bathroom 2: Family Bathroom - Shower over bath (first floor)

1 toilet on the ground floor

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out can be requested during booking, but may be cancelled if we have a same-day arrival or departure. If cancelled, any extra fee will be fully refunded.

Your Stay Will Include:

Fresh bed linen and towels, baby travel cot and highchair and complimentary hand soap.
We do not provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner or body wash, or hairdryers, so please bring your own.

You will also have 24/7 host access. Please note that a €100 physical call-out fee applies between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM for issues that are not our responsibility, such as lost keys or party complaints. Fee does not apply to phone calls.

Families & Children:

Children and babies are welcome, but please note that our properties are not childproof. We do not provide stair gates, cupboard locks or other child safety equipment.

Please Bring:

Firewood or logs if applicable, toiletries and any baby or child safety equipment you require. 

Please note that we cannot provide compensation for temporary TV or internet outages.
