Your stay will include:

  • 24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc)

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out options are available during booking but may be cancelled if we have a same-day arrival or departure. In such cases, any extra fee will be fully refunded.

Families & Children

  • Children and babies are welcome, but please note:

    • Our properties are not childproof (no stair gates, cupboard locks, etc.).

    • We do not provide baby cots or highchairs, but guests may bring their own.

    • Adult supervision is required at all times, especially near stairs, open fires, or outdoor areas.

Same-Day Bookings

  • If you book after 5:00 PM for same-day arrival, please call us immediately after booking to arrange key collection and check-in instructions.

great location

Great location 2min walk outside Lahinch town. Enclosed back garden with gate. All amenities in kitchen. 3 bedrooms as described, comfortable sitting room with smart tv & wifi. Ideal holiday home, we were a couple with baby & area was quiet. Stephen had very clear instructions with all info communicated & easy check in/out.
