NEW FURNITURE IN THE PROPERTY AS OF NOVEMBER 2024!
We are pleased to announce that our property got a full furniture upgrade in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms! This lovely home features 3 bedrooms – 2 doubles and 1 twin – comfortably sleeping 6 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the sitting room has an open fire, and there is also a tennis court on the grounds.
Important things to note:
This property has NO WIFI (Who needs WIFI at the beach?!)
Your stay will include:
Free parking
Fresh linen and towels
Complimentary hand soap. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) or hairdryers.
24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc)

Bedroom 1: Double Room Ensuite (shower only) – Double Bed (ground floor)
Bedroom 2: Double Room (first floor - one floor up)
Bedroom 3: Twin Room – 2 Single Beds (first floor - one floor up)
2 Bathrooms: 1 Ensuite on the ground floor (shower only) and 1 family bathroom on the first floor (shower over bath).

Great time
Me and my friends rented two of Steven’s houses for a weekend away and had a great time ! Great location & proximity to the town making it easy to walk to the beach and walk home after a night out. Lovely sized houses for a big group. We had a great time

Fantastic location, very close to the town. House has lots of space, fully equipped kitchen and everything you need.
Clean
Great Location for surfing - walking distance to the beach and downtown. Place was clean & the instructions were easy to follow. They also provided a lot of tips on places to try around town!
